Where possible only trophy animals will be shot otherwise the best will be done to shoot the biggest animals

Daily Tariffs:

$ 275 per Hunter – 1 PH for 2 Hunters

$ 350 per Hunter – 1 PH for 1 Hunter

$ 200 per Guest

Daily Tariffs include:

Accommodation, Food, Drinks, Hunting Vehicle, Trackers and Services of Professional Hunter

Daily Tariffs exclude:

  • • Transport from the airport and back
  • • Extra requests
  • • Dip and Ship
  • • Taxidermy Cost

Taxidermy and export:

Cayoti Safaris use reputable companies and your trophies will be taken there after the hunt.

 

The taxidermists will liaise directly with you, regarding your instructions on your trophies. You can also enquire about taxidermist in your area, that maybe can mount the animals there, whereby you can check on the progress your self.

DIPPING, PACKAGING AND SHIPPING

 

This cost will be for your own account and payment will be done to the shipping company in South Africa as well as the company or broker in the USA. Most of the time these companies are not the same, but they will communicate with you either by e-mail, fax, or phone, to keep you updated on the where about of the trophies.

There are a few aspects that must be taken into consideration on this point:

  • • The time it will take the South African Parks board to issue an export permit.
  • • The time of the correspondence and payment between the taxidermists, shipping company and yourself.
